Where do I see my points?
In the SuperQi app under the Loyalty Platform: balance, tier and a log of every transaction.
Do points expire?
Points have a validity period shown in the app, and you are reminded before they expire so you can redeem in time.
Do bill payments earn points?
Yes — eligible payments inside the ecosystem earn points like purchases. Details are in the programme terms in the app.
I am a merchant — how do I join?
Email info@gini.iq or use the partners page, and we connect your store to the programme within days.
